Job Description

Answer incoming customer service phone line.  Answer basic patient account questions related to balance due and insurance information. Minimum 2-3 years experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent. 

 



Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:

·                    High school diploma.

 

Language Skills:

·                    Ability to read and communicate effective in English.

·                    Additional languages preferred

Skills:

·                    Basic computer knowledge.

·                    Customer service
