Job Description

 

Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well within a team. Collects and organizes diet and food orders. Coordinates with care providers to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Checks menu for accuracy. Requires knowledge of special dietary needs and a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. 



Qualifications

 

A.   Minimum Education:  Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English sufficiently to perform job.  Must have demonstrated understanding of the basic four food groups, and basic restrictions / composition of therapeutic diets.

 

B.   Minimum Experience:  Prefer one year.

 

C.   Required Certification/Registration:  Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate.
