Job Description

Provides clerical and office support to the HR department to include reception of employees, data input, new employee processing, clerical duties, participation in employee retention activities and other duties as appropriate.



Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:

·                    At least one year progressive experience in Human Resources.  Experience in the medical field, preferred.

·                    High School or GED required. Associates degree preferred.

 

Language Skills:

·                    Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

·                    Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees.

 

Skills:

·                    Must have basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office applications.  HRIS experience preferred.
