Job Description

Participates, as appropriate, in the hospital’s Quality Management Department and Medical Staff peer review and physician profiling programs. assists, coordinates, and organizes various projects and meetings which impact the overall quality of clinical and support activities/processes. Interacts with Clinical and Quality leadership, Clinical Directors/Coordinators regarding data, information and reports as needed or as assigned. Interfaces with other hospital departments (i.e. Nursing, Hospitalists/Physicians, Medical Records, IS, etc.). Prepares and disseminates data/reports as assigned. 



Qualifications

- Previous executive level support experience within the last five years (preferably within healthcare)

- Work experience in a hospital quality department is preferred

- High level knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point software system

- Ability to read, write and communicate effective and professionally in English.

- Advanced computer knowledge

- Ability to interpret data and generate a variety of appropriate graphic representations.

- Ability to independently learn and utilize multiple programs in a manner to facilitate department processes.
