Job Description

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients under orders from the referring physician. Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a patient's life. This position oversees the supervision of support staff to ensure quality of care and maximum productivity. The Occupational Therapist functions in accordance with the State Practice Act.



Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:


- Current Arizona State License to administer Occupational Therapy Services

- Biannual CPR certification and completion of mid-cycle CPR demonstration.

- Annual health screening

- Annual online learning requirements

- BLS Certification required. The training will be provided upon hire at no expense to the employee.
