Job Description

The Certified Occupational Therapy Asssistant (COTA), under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist, performs direct patient care activities using a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a patient's life. The COTA functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.Regulatory Requirements: Current Arizona State License to administer Occupational Therapy Services Biannual CPR certification and completion of mid-cycle CPR demonstration. Annual health screening Annual online learning requirements Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effective in English.
