Required SKILL SET: Proficient computer skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Postion Manager is preferred. Experience with Internet Job Boards and Search Engines such as Indeed, Monster, and Google required. Ability to adapt to change. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to speak and write English language fluently.

Screens, schedules interviews, and makes employment offers to selected candidates.Updates all Position Manager applications daily moving them to Reviewed Status if they meet the qualifications, rejecting applicants that don't meet qualifications, and forwards all qualified applicants to the hiring managers within 24 hours of their application in Position Manager.
Posts all approved Job Postings weekly in Position Manager.
Runs candidate searches and sends out email blasts through Indeed to increase candidate pipeline. Use our Social Media vendor to message passive candidates through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
